Im not sure how to post a link but there is a Mark III on ebay right now with a buy it now of 2500 dollars!!!!! This guy must be smoking some good stuff!!!!

That mark III better be packed with that good smoke and 24 k gold connections for that much. It sounds like someone who doesn't really want to sell it but figures if someone is dumb enough to pay that he may as well let it go. What would be more astonishing is if someone pays that much. They are a great radio but not that great.

I had one back in the day,and it was in super good shape(not mint like most people say) and i think i had about 300 or 400 in the radio with a vfo and i know it would talk just as good as his 2500 dollar mark 3.

I saw that...has the amp, mic, and all the stuff but I want some of what he is on.....and I don't even smoke!

Even with the amp and all being in mint condition it's still not worth that much. I would like to have a 5 piece MK II myself.
