WHEN TUNING WITH THE ANALYZER SHOULD I USE THE 75 FEET OF COAX THAT I'M GOING TO USE ON THE ANTENNA OR CAN I USE A SHORT JUMPER AS IT WILL BE ONLY 6-8 FEET OFF THE GROUND. JUST WONDERING IF IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE.

Sure...you can do both if you want. And yes it is likely to make a difference using the 75' of coax because of line losses. How much difference will be dependent on which coax (and quality) you are using.

Hope that helps. ;)

I agree...If it was me though, I would use the 75' of coax, since thats what your going to be using anyway.

Maybe first, just use a short jumper, if thats easier to set the antenna with, then "fine-tune" using the other coax....

I would do it with what ever you are going to use for the permanent set up. Tune it on the ground etc and get her up there
DOMINATOR TYPE AUDIO DRIVE !
STAY TUNED .....

it would make sense to me to tune on what you are gonna use. Of course though most antenna manufacturers say test swr closest to antenna as possible.
