I have a President Jackson with the shiney faceplate. One day my receive went out on AM only. When I switch to AM the meter shows about half but no sound. SSB works fine. FM has noise but the needle is still registering about half way. When I switch to SSB the receive is fine. Oh, I tested and I can still transmit on all modes including AM/FM and SSB. Additiionally, one of my LED light segment went out on the channel selector. Can this be repaired or can I get another LED channel selector.

Ok, anyone home? The radio don't have any ears on AM, just 7 lbs. of silence on the meter. SSB receive is fine. The LED light segment is manageable. NO RECIEVE
HEY GREG,WANNA HEAR SOMETHING FUNNY.I HAVE A COBRA 200GTLdx the same thing happened to me,sent the radio down to my tech he shook the mode selecter and all was fine cost me 35 big ones to find that out.it was stuck in fm/fm/fm.
