Mike at RA does it again

I talked to Mike today and I have to say he is the real deal when it comes to truth and helpfulness. I have heard it time and again from others. He will not sell you something just to make a sale. He takes the time to make sure you have not only what you want, but also what you need. When it comes down to my hard earned money I can count on Mike to be honest and helpful whether he makes a sale or not. So when it comes to True Service give Mike a call. And Mike if you read this Thanks for the great service you make me feel like a friend not just a customer.

Make sure you are willing to wait for what you order from RA. Finished product is great but I am still waiting for my complete order to be done.

Yeah he keeps busy, you can't be in a hurry when it comes to quality equipment. The wait is always worth it every time I have ordered from Mike @ RA.

When it comes to forum members Mike does the work personally which may add a little time to it. Also He has an addition to his family. Not trying to make any excuses, those are just the facts. I had to wait for my G Lee, but when it came in and I keyed up the first time it was if I had never waited at all. I would rather wait on Mike, than get it fast from someone else and send it back cause it was done poorly or wrong.

I can't agree stronger on the quality of my G. Lee from him. My DM 2x4 works great too, but I have not received the remote for it yet and they are done by the amp builder not Mike. So I will continue to do my dealings with Mike he gave me alot of good advice and service on he part.
