I purchased a Connex 4600 Turbo along with all the other needed items I.E. antenna (Pred. 10K, Mounts, Coax cable,etc...) from Mike @ RADIOACTIVE All items received when promised in excellent condition.
Spent allot of money on this set-up, but it was a great value for the service,and attention to detail I received. Over the Years I have wasted more money on lesser radio's only to be disappointed, this time I got what I paid for the first time, without hassle. Thanks Mike as soon as I get out of the dog house and the checkbook from the wife we will talk again. HEHEHE.

They sure do! I've been able to talk 10-15 miles barefoot with mine, and that is while sitting in one of the lowest spots in the Lehigh Valley in PA (old Bethlehem Steel site). I couldn't be happier with this radio. Everyone compliments me on how good it sounds, and within 2 miles from me everyone has said it sounds like I'm sitting right next to them!busman wrote:congrats on the new general. them ra radios walk that dog for sure.
