got my new fat boy 4 pill high drive base amp from looks great. its the gold colored ab1 -4 pill with the ssb. i just got it and havnt tried it out yet but i will tonight. it was delayed 2 days for alot of the roads are screwed up. thanks alot col. for going the extra mile to see that it made it to me. i appreciate it.

used the new fat boy base tonight alittle. i was kinda takeing it through its trial run so i was just driving it with a stock uniden grant xl. seemed to work like a charm.i forgot how many watts it was doing with the stock grant, but i know it was over 200. i wanted to do some tial runs with the grant before i let the 2980wx or my hr-2510 loose on it. :D it is very well made and all the knobs and switches are not flimsy. with the amp on my swr from radio to amp was 1.1 no lie, the swr meter barely moved. and coming out of the amp, with the amp on, swr was at 1.2. im pretty impressed with it. we will give it the neighbor test. :D not to change the subject but, ive got a eastcoast, a fat boy and dave made 2 by 4 and the dave made raises the most he!! with the tv and electronics. that thing comes over any thing with wires in the house but ill tell you what, it pumps out the power and it sounds good. ill do some more testing tomorow,
