Hey I was just wandering about this radio, I have a chance to get one for about 250.00 just wanting to know is there any real problems with this radio, or is this a stable radio.

I've got friends that use them on a regular basis and they sound great. Not the most stable sideband radio out there, not that it really matters on AM, though. I had one for about half a year and the power supply went out on it. I bought it for the same price that you did and it looked mint, too. Bought it from my friend, so I knew it wasn't mistreated...it was one of many radios that had that problem a while back. If its relatively new (1-2 years), you're probably safe.
