What is the best material for guying a tower!
Cable or Dacron rope or cord (spelling)? How Too's?

Steel cables are the toughest...and also the hardest, heaviest, and most expensive to install. That being said, I'd also say that the tower height, load, brand/type, etc. would dictate which would work the best for that particular tower set up. If you have a laser500 up 120' to the boom on a Rohn 25 I'd say triple steel guys at least. A Moonraker at 40' on the same Rohn 25 probably could get away with heavy dacron rope...provided it's replaced periodically.

I use the Dacron with my 27 foot mast but with your set up I would go with the steal rope. You could get some high wind loads with the tower your going to put up. This is the best photo I have of the guy ropes on my mast. As you can see there's not much wind load with just a mast but with a tower that's a different story.
