I bought some of the hot sauce. Have tried it sparingly. Good taste.

The thing with hot sauce is, most of the time I want to TASTE my food. I like a good, HOT sauce but not one thats going to ruin the food.

Every once in a while, I just like to punish myself with some Dave's Insanity Sauce. I saw the sauces on Redman's site and though they looked mighty tasty...

My Habanero sauces are hot, but they are the most flavorful

you will find. If you want to start a bit on the mild side, try the Cilantro.

The Cilantro masks the heat well. Xcellent flavor !!
