US Marshall

Holy crapoly, I finally got me a gate of US Marshall, problem is it's on my cell phone.

Met the guy coming through Austin this morning on my way home. Ran his tail for a good 100 miles until I got to my house. Didn't ask what kind of radio he had on em but I know he was at least a good 20 miles from me when I first picked him up.

He's some sort of a legend down here in these har' Texas parts and it totally made my morning to meet the guy..... of course our local CB guru had to talk smack as we got into Temple, but it sure was funny listening to them go back and forth...

Ole' 195 Temple TX, you old crippled **Censored**....!!!

Ah, I'm in a good mood now. :)

sounds cool, but how did ya get it on your cell, did ya record it? or was both of ya coming across your cell while ya was talking on it?

If that's the same US Marshall I know of, he's usually on a base station, running his mouth down here in Houston. I don't run my radio in the mornings because of him.

Same US Marshall, and he was mobile from everything that I was reading. Just out of Austin I picked him up, further North on I35 the clearer he got until finally about Belton I had to have been within a 2-3 mile radius of the guy, sounded like he was next door.

Yeah, that guy runs his mouth non-stop. And even when he does stop for a second to breathe, he stays keyed up. I hear him every morning (when I have the radio on) around I-10 and 610 on the East side of town. Maybe he is on a mobile with a really strong setup because no body can key over him.

He has a base station and a really strong mobile setup from what I hear. I've gotten him a few times on skip around noon on my way to work before. Either way, he has a big radio with lots of juice... and his mobile was stompin the living chit out of everyone around him, but he was actually having good conversation.

You know how it goes though, act nice when you're out of your element, be a jerkwad when you're in it.
