Even when I had a minor problem with my General Lee (the s-meter LED light went out) - Mr. RA got it fixed it for me very quickly. He also went through and checked and adjusted my radio when I was making the switch to the DM 2x4.
In addition, Mr. RA has spent a lot of time with me on the phone, patiently educating me on how to setup my truck correctly (for antennas: I've gone from a fender mounted fiberglass to a Wilson 5k mag mount and then finally to a 10K. for amps: I went from a junk-ola Hooker-clone 2-pill to a TX 667V and then finally to a DM 2x4). If I had just listened to Mr. RA's original (but patient) advice, and the advice on this forum, I could have saved some time, money, and frustration by just starting off with the 10K and DM 2x4 to go with my SWP/SR General Lee.
I'm also really happy with the DM 2x4 I ordered from RA - it was a good price and worth the wait. You pull the cover off that thing and see the quality of the soldering, assembly, and layout. It's not a copy, it's the real deal - and it REALLY kicks the cat, even when it's real rough and tumble out there. No regrets.
Anyway, bottom line, after being a customer for the last 1 1/2 years, I'm really happy with both the products and service from RadioActive. To this day, it always makes me smile when someone says "I wish my radio sounded like that!" OR get accused (and not believed) when I try to explain to truckers passing through that's it's NOT a base station. :D
