Have any of you free banders have any experience with these sliders/tuners? Found a bunch of these units and put a few on ebay to see what they bring. Thanks, we back out reading the mail. 8)

It looks similar to the siltronix vfo's for the old 23 channel radios. I had one of them and it was used as a crystal replacement giving coverage above and below the 23 channels.

These come in 6 MHZ to 18 MHZ. I know some one who bought 300 of these from MACO before they went out of business. 8)

I have a '70s vintage Maco Mobile 300, 2-6jr6's pushing 3-8950's. Hasn't been used in 20+ years but in its day it rocked the airwaves in a big ole Kenworth.

I must say there is very nice old stuff there in the US what you can't find here in Europe :cry: :cry:

Just added these available for the members on our site today. We saved the best for last for the members. We sold the smaller MHZ models on ebay and saving the 27.3 MHZ sliders for our site. Now you free banders have access to a classic brand new in the box that can't be found any where else. 8)
