tubes are not lighting up nor is the meter on the front of the unit however the fan is operating

RE Palamor 300 A
Check to see if your getting filament voltage to the tubes. Check the secondary filament winding on the power transformer should be the two green wires. With a volt meter set for AC voltage reading it should read about 12-14 volts.
