New Raqdio?

If you guys were going to buy a new base radio what kind would buy?? I have 2 in mind a RCI 2995, and the General Stone Wall Jackson and i am leaning toward the Gen SWJ really just cause of the name i mean i have the Gen Lee why not have a Gen in the house?

I hate radios with no factory warranty. Why? Well if two radios are the same, one has a warranty, one doesn't well you get the point.

The General should have a warranty through Don's CB in Erie, PA. It's the same place that does warranty work for Connex and General Lee radios.

Don does do good warranty work.

But if Im buying a base station for hugh clams, and two radios are identical. One comes with a written factory warranty, one comes with hummm whatever warranty, maybe no warranty, no written coverage, well Im buying the sure bet if its the same price.
