Does anybody know what the facts about the a-99 ground plane kit are? I have read that they increase the transmit signal....I have read that they don't and only increase the receive signal. I have read that they can help with TVI of the 99 if your antenna is under 36 feet but don't help much at all above 36 feet. I don't know what to believe...can anybody help?
