get rid of fuel pump noise!
i came across this on the internet. i haven't done it yet, i'm going to try grounding first.

the guys who did it says this cut down 80%-90% noise.... and you can do it for less than $20

Yep, I did almost the same thing on my Ranger...I bought several large snap on chokes from DX Engineering and snapped them on one by one until almost a foot of the wire from the fuel pump was covered with chokes. The way the Ranger was wired, the only way to gain access to the wires to do what he did would be to take the bed off the truck which required an impact wrench to loosen the bolts. It worked just as well...although it was a bit expensive having to buy all those chokes.

People tend to think I'm kidding when I recommend a five gallon bucket of torroids sometimes. Turns out it's not as big a joke as you might think, huh?

i just bought 8 ground straps... red warrior found them on ebay for me, shipping and all i got 8 for $8 and some change. i'm gonna try grounding everything, then through on the chokes.
