Looks like one of the 'goose-neck' mounts you find for various things. I've seen them used for cell phones, sort of doubt if those would be 'strong' enough to hold up a typical radio. Also seen them made for lap-tops. I figure they'd be strong enough, but sit down before looking at the prices! I've seen a line of mounts like that for radios, think it was in the 'AES' catalog. Used seat bolt mount, in cup holders, bolt on for dashes, bunch of thingys. Ought'a be able to find something you could make work.

i think that's a killer deal for $25, but it would get in the way of my radio and AC and crap. i just ripped out my ash tray underneath the radio and stuff and mounted it there

Run fast from this one guys and gals. He sent me to brackets i can not even use and they dont look like the picture at all... :icon_rolleyes:I aclled him and he answered teh phone . He is suppose to send me the one in the picture we shall see
Its not a real radio unless it has tubes and USB/LSB on the front panel ....

Thats how i run my setup, i tried that type of mount but the would not hold up as good and it was always in the way
