OK I have a question. As you know I am real new to this. If I see an amp that says made for 10 meter...does that mean I am not allowed by law to use on 11, or it just physically wont work on 11?

amp in general are not allowed for 11m. the texas star for example is ment for cw use. but you can modifi it to work on 11m. most 10m amps can be modded to work on 11m. just my 2 cents
