626/ Radio station Motormouth Maul local gate

Well, had the pleasure of meeting the Motormouth Maul the voice of the Central Coast of Cali and he rolled a gate on me after I left the station. I am driving away from him at about 60 or so miles an hour and got to about 12 miles out. I am using an RK 56 mic and driving a Jeep with no top. The winds are about 30 plus and im hauling a** through an agricultural area. So the noise cancelling mic did a fair job.

Gunny you sly dog you! Man that was a great gate! And besides motormouth's hum in the back ground he sounded awesome as well. I think considering the driving conditions your 2- pill mobile sounded awesome.

Thanks Gummybear. I will definitely hit you up. Im impressed with the noise cancelling of the RK-56 but, not happy with the fact that I was talking too loud into it. I had it dialed in for normal speech but, with that wind roaring I got to hollering into the mic. HAHA

Oh BTW I think that second link is toast but, the first is still GTG.

Worked for me this time. The Hill sounds good...not overdriven.
You'd have a more full sound in a quieter environment where
you weren't raising your voice. That little shooting star sounds
nice and clean too.
