I have been looking for a seat track mount for use in my 00 monte carlo, I remember seeing them but cant find them anymore, does anyone have any leads..

Why not just use like the heavy duty zip ties like for HVAC work? Those things are so heavy duty they won't break.

Just a suggestion. Show us some pics though when done :)

well i dunno if ya got the gist of what i was doing...I am looking for the mount so you can have the cb mounted to the passenger seat track kind of like police laptops n such..I dunno if i can find an example of one. I have a radio in there now but i just bought a new one and wanted to change the location of it

thats more like it...and ive also seen where they clamp to a seat track..at least im in the right direction now haha Thanks!

I've seen what you're talking about but can't remember where. If you are willing to do a little 'fabricating', I honestly don't think that type of mount would be difficult to make. The 'L' bracket that bolts to the seat rail should be sort of 'hefty' to handle the weight and torque of that radio bobbing around on the end of that stalk. Maybe brace it? I figure you can imagine how that might work. Just an idea.
