, for a Super Job.Sent in a my RCI 6900F150 for a repair and SWP. Not only did Mike and his guys fix the issue, but took the time to "Fine Tune & fix" other problems that they saw that I had no idea existed, and free of charge no less.
It did take longer than I had expected, but I also did not know they were in the process of upgrading their electronics to be able to better serve us.
Last and final issue, upon recieving the radio, I had 1 knob busted and another cracked (LED light knobs) through obviously rough handling during shipment. I called Mike and that was all it took. Sent it back, they replaced the knobs and packaged it in a box the size of a suite case
. No problems that shipment!! and no charge!Glad to have good people who we can trust for quality service and who knows how important it is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Hats off to Mike and all the great folks at Radio Active!!
