Got my D-104 desk mic delivered today. I got that RCI 2995DX
KICKN' BUTT!

One guy heard me for the first time using the mic and said, "Man, who is that on that awsome sounding radio?" Another guy said its the best I've ever sounded out of all my radios.

Sparky's had a good price on the mic and it came in perfect working order. Delivery was right on time as well. I am officially 10-8!

I musta missed something again. I thought you were gittin that workman Silver Statue or whatever its called. what happened to that ?

I did get the Silver Salute. I sounded like garbage. Extremely tinny sounding and nasaly. Everyone I talked to said it should be deposited in the nearest round receptical. So, I sent it back. Got the D-104 T-UP9 and now the 2995DX sounds out of this world.

I have bought all my radios the last couple of years from Sparky's, he uses a scope to align a radio, its old school, but you get the best sounding radio that way,,,I have never meet AL, but he is one of the honest dealers left, will not over sell you!!

I had a chance to chat with him a little. He's really a nice guy. I mentioned to him that you (BigBopper) pointed me in his direction for the mic. He was like "Oh yeah, I dealt a lot with him. He's a good guy...."

Glad to hear you got the mic and it is working well for you. Thanks for the kind words, too! This is a funny business. When I opened my first store 19 years ago, I learned you can only screw somebody once. Thankfully, I havn't experienced my first time yet. Hi to you too, Bopper. The freq. counter show up ok?? Any of you guys fooled with the Stryker SR-440 yet?? We got our in stock last week, and I gotta tell ya...they are HOT!

The 440s are flying off shelves like airplanes! Those are "hot" for sure.
Awesome on the mic, D104s are the best!!! When you can pick up a clean one, you gotta jump on them. I collect lots of different D104s for myself. You cant have too many!! lol Glad to hear you got one! Sounds awesome.

With all of the good reports I'm getting on that RCI 2995DX with the D-104, can you say AAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDDDDDDDDIIIIIIOOOOOOOO!!!
