just picked this bi-linear up and have been out of the cb loop for about 4 yrs would like to know how to tune and load it thanks riddler

All tube amplifiers tune up the same way.

1. Turn the power on and wait 1 minute for the tubes to warm up.

2. Set the Tune and Load at 12 o'clock.

3. Adjust the Tune for maximum output now adjust the Load for maximum output this will have to be done several times until maximum output is obtained.

5. If using the amplifier on AM it will have to be overcoupled to prevent audio distortion do this by turning the Load Control 1/4 inch clockwise.

(While tuning do not transmit for more then 30 seconds at a time or you risk destroying the tubes.)
