Nice more so this time of the year in between the Solar Flares, Coronal Mass Ejections (CME), Prominences and today's filament channel of the sun.

The Sunspot Number was 161 today which is the highest in awhile.

Luck was on your side as you timed it at the right time.

The Carribbean is an Ultimate Spot for DX.

Europe year round and in Amateur Radio during Contests the DX is fantastic in the Caribbean and more times than not someone from the Caribbean is top in the world.

DX has not been very good on the East Coast either.

I have been hearing a lot of DX from the island's but nothing from the DR, Island I think you are the only one with a radio there.
