Re: Sadelta Mike
If it's a desk mic there is another potentiometer inside to change the timing.

Re: Sadelta Mike
Undoubtedly there was a manufacturer change, you could try changing resistor values for the timing and the cap by the mic element to change the audio response.

Re: Sadelta Mike
Ok thanks alot I will mess with it and see what I can change. Another problem with these desk mikes to is they pickup everything in the background no matter how far down I turned the gain down.

Re: Sadelta Mike
It is just like any amplified mic, the trick is to turn the gain on the radio up then adjust the gain on the mic, most turn the mic wide open and then adjust the radio's gain, that is why they get background noise.

Re: Sadelta Mike
I've been looking for a Sadelta ME-3 hand mic, think it had the best sound of them all with a close second to the Astatic 575M6. There was also a Sadelta MR-1, same as the ME-3 but had a RB.

i like the sadelta bravo one because it has no echo. i hate echo. i can tolerate beeps. but i have a hard time hearing echo. it makes the person sound awful. i dont mind a little echo. bit it seems everyone wants to crank it wide open.
