Hey sonoma,
Back in 2013 "Doc" had a problem with the login and it couldn't be fixed, he changed his handle to "ltdoc", the last time he logged in was on June of 2014. I checked a couple other forums I knew he was on and the last login date was the same. I tried sending a couple of emails to his login email account but were unanswered. My guess is he is a "Silent Key".
Another that hasn't been seen is "NightCrawler", my guess is the same, both are missed on the forum.

Hey Guys..

I miss 'Doc/ltdoc too.

He always had a funny comeback to anything I told him.

After not seeing him for a while and knowing his Amateur call...I mailed a registered letter to his address of record with the FCC.

This was sometime last spring and I have not heard anything back.

If he has 'passed' may he Rest in Peace.

yes he retired and sold all his stuff and is enjoying time with the better half, that was his plan and he's sticking to it. said he will visit us when he can.
footnote, he also said he was going to help his wife do a cookbook,, so if you see a recipe for oklahoma horizontal stirfry, you might wonder,,,, :jokercolor:

It's good to hear he's not pushing up daisies, if you hear from him let him know we would like to see him back on the forum.
