receiving emails to read old post

what is up with all the spam mail from this site the past couple of days. seems like ever post I have ever made is coming to me to read and it is not a new post at the topic.

It is part of the upgrade, you will have to go through the topics and unsubscribe to the ones you don't want to be notified about.

I have a delete button but they just keep coming. have to sort through all of them to get my emails I want to read. this morning I had 2 pages of them to sort through.
