Have you tried "Google", I use "Yahoo" myself but that is where I find 90% of the info I'm looking for.

I just copied and pasted your topic header and got about 20 hits, it's up to you ot use the one you like best. I would use a 13N10 transistor instead of the 520, it's a tad more robust.

Ok would the 13N10 transistor work the same way that the 520 Does and would follow the same instructions

It is basically the same transistor, better suited for RF.
