In Springfield/Effingham county Georgia most chat is on 19 but since it's close to log haulers, I-16 and I-95 they usually move to 15, 17, and 32 AM when it's busy.

Channel 6, 11, 24, 26, 28 are almost always busy in the daytime with the big boys

28 USB in Finland.

7FM has used to be a local chat channel here in Oulu region, but so few CB:ers left...

On 28USB I can get more distant stations and when it's aurora(quite often on these latitudes) the whole country is open.

My local channel would be 272750 (27) I put it this way cause I'm not sure what others use for a local frequency. my other local is 271150 (13) usually around 9pm est. I'm in Upstate NY. Otherwise I scan 270250 (6) or 272650 (26) for skip mud ducks :)

Back in the 70/80s the local channel was 11am. Being that my dad and I are the only ones with CBs in our village, he stands by on 28 am. I have LSB on my radio I hang out on 38 LSB 17 LSB and 6 LSB. those are the most active channels (when skip is on).

Up here in the NW it seams everybody is on 17, usually too much noise. My buddies and I use 8 or 10 when we're up in the hills in our Jeeps.

Local channel in the big apple trees channel 16.. The channel started with 2 guys, now we are up to 14, friday and saturday nights.. And it keeps getting growing... We also have a recording that gets sent out to everyone who is part of the channel. Not everyone gets up all the time of course so the recording really keeps you up to date, which is pretty cool...
