No SSB Comms

Hello friends, i've been wondering about this for a little while now. I hear plenty of action on the am side, but very little on ssb. So, what i'm wondering, is there something wrong with my radio? Or is something out of tune? Or just the fact my antenna is in the house. And when i do hear anything, i can't really tune them in. Help please

I will start checking all hours, see if that makes a difference.

Channel 38LSB is the most active SSB channel, channels 36LSB to 40LSB is a "Gentleman's Agreement" to be for SSB. When you turn them on to listen make sure the clarifier is at 12 o'clock. with your antenna inside it does hamper the signal.
If you are hearing the big AM'ers on channel 6 you should be able to copy the SSBing on channel 38 in skip conditions.

Haven't heard much SSB in my area in a while.
Sometimes...if the wind blows just right...... you can catch some CQDX upstairs.
