COBRA 29 WX NW ST/EXTRA CHANNELS

Hi everyone, I was hoping that someone could answer this for me (MY cobra 29 WX NW ST NIGHT WATCH HAS HAD A SMALL TOGGLE SWITCH ON THE REAR IS THIS FOR extra channels?) I just picked this radio up.

It probably is, there was a Galaxy Expander Kit for the newer 29's , here is a frequency chart for it;

it could be many things Rodger beep echo extra channels ect

Inquisitive minds would like to know! Might even be a switch for talkback, I always added a micro switch on the resistor mod to turn it off.
