do not remember ever seeing the ohms you are looking for. you did not say what you are wanting them for. you might just get a couple variable resisters and adjust them for the ohms you are needing.

I know I don't have any over 100K, depending on how many you want and the wattage needed Digi-Key would probably be the best bet for them.
