President Johnny III
I have recently purchased a Presidential Johnny III to install in a Jeep Wrangler. I have not found any good reviews of this radio. For those that own one, do you recommend a peak and tune or possibly a noise cancelling mic?

I think it is just another single mosfet (no driver transistor) AM radio, like said, not a lot of info out yet. I wouldn't recommend a peak or tune, power mic may help with the modulation, that goes for a noise cancelling type too.
FYI,, on these single final radios it is best to get the SWR as low as possible, they won't take much abuse as the older radios.
