Uniden grant gray face

I have a Uniden grant gray face and can not find any channel mods that work I have search the ineternet thank you

does it have the 8719 PLL in it? should be and there is a lot of channel mods for it. verify the PLL that is in it. I can leave you links for the mods.

It's going to be either a 858 or 8719 chip, I'm leaning toward a 8719. You could probably do a 2 switch mod like is shown in CB Tricks without losing the dim and NB function.

Yes it has the 8719 i have try the 2 switch mod do you have to cut any traces

here is 2 versions of the 8719 channel mods. scroll down to the 2 that say poor mans channel mods. take a look at what it shows to do to mod the radio. you will need to be able to align the radio after the mods to get it on freq and cover all the channels. follow it to the leter. if you do not have the equipment to align the radio after the mods find some one that does. as it states some radios will not require the crystal change .
