I have a connex 4600 turbo
I used 636 and d104 mics
not happy with clearity
any ideas???

If the audio circuit has been modified you might have a hard time getting it to sound clean. Try reducing the mic gain and the power, this should clear up the audio if its been modified, well maybe. Also try reducing the gain on the mic too.

I'm with Lost Ram on this one. The radio has probably been max'ed out on the "peak and tune" by whoever done it. The radio needs to be realigned properly and have the mic you plan on using with the radio, that way the tech can adjust everything using it.
