tube brand ?

I am having trouble locating this kind. Any Ideas?

You would think googling the number would give it away but doing that sent me to places I don't want to go,, lol. How about a couple more pics and a hint on what it came out of. Could be an old microwave tube. If you have a android phone Google has an image lookup on it.

Okay,, got it narrowed down to being a Svetlana (Russia) tube.

It came out of a homemade cb amp . I cant find it either i figured somebody might recognize this and may know where to get them

The symbol on it is the old Svetlana branding, the size is throwing me off, could be a replacement tube for the old Heathkit SB230 amplifier, those tubes are extinct which means it is too.
