How to?
Hello all! I'm getting used to the formats. If anyone knows of any regulations pertaining to flag poles with antenna inside and if HOA's are obligated to abide by the Federal laws on displaying flags with hidden antenna's, I would love to hear about them. In my case, I am a member of the American Radio Emergency Services but, because I can't have an outside antenna, I have to go out to my car to use my mobile radio. But, I miss any FEMA or Emergency transmissions unless I happen to be in my car.
