Black Chrome Cobra 29 Classic LTD

Ok I need help from a Cobra 29 Guru.This 29 is like new never been touched.The problem is its one channel off if your on 10 your really on 11 the whole 1-40 is like this but it has great TX and RX.I am thinking its the PLL I noticed on these new chrome radios the pll just says cobra on it I have 3 other junk regular Cobra 29 classic LTDs with fine PLLs can i replace the one that says Cobra with a old one or whats the deal?Also I saw on the net a guy had a cobra 29 and the swr light was turned into a modulation light would blink along with the guys voice anybody have that mod?any help on these would be graet.

If all the channels are off I don't think it is the PLL but an adjustment issue. I think adjusting L22 might bring it back to alignment. This is something not to be done without the right testing equipment.

Ok let me dig out all my test equipment and I willl start by doing a alignment,Thanks for the info.
