President Lincoln II+ vs Stryker SR 955HPC
Just curious which is the better bang for the buck. I want a reliable radio that works well out of the box. I live in an area(Manitoba, Canada) with no CB techs to make adjustments so whatever I buy I’m stuck with what the manufacturers have set it to. I don’t want to mod it or anything. Just put it into my semi and enjoy.

Both are good but I lean for the President.

The Stryker is a very good radio, big meter, programmable, plenty of talk power. The Lincoln II has size on it's side. If you have the room, the Stryker would be my choice. Look at a few other radios too, the Anytone AT-6666 or one of its clones, or the Magnum 1 that has just been re-released.
