Does anybody have the part number on the board that is the modulation limiter?Any help would be great.

Are you looking for the VR that controls or the actual transistor that controls it.

Are you looking for the AMC or wanting to disable it? I have a Lincoln 2+ and
it's reasonably robust after being tuned. Not like a Connex or a modified 29,
but not bad at all.
