Changing the 2 wire power cord too a 3 wire. Noticed that the cap that goes from the fuse to ground was gone, little black spot where it was. What ohm & v is it? 238

Found an old post by nomadradio & it said if the amp was grounded you could leave it of. Seeing as i was installing a 3 wire AC line i thought i probably had that cover. 238

Now i just need to know what i am suppose to adjust the little trimmer. I believe it the grid adjustment. 238
