recently I had a guy try to sell me a load of gear

1 president Madison base
1 royce 619 base
2 president speakers
1 radio shack swr meter
1 echo repeater modle 20 by D&J
1 zodiac virgo amplifier
1 tv 3300 lp filter?


he wanted $375 for it all which I didnt think was awful considering the president madison

my main questions are

1. is this tec worth buying
2. does anyone know anything about a zodiac virgo amplifier made in Newport Arkansas
3. should I just run my galaxy dx98vhp with a driver and amplifier instead of investing into old tec.

I'd say depending on condition the 2 base radios and the speakers were good buy. No clue what the echo/ repeat is worth or would I personally want it. The TVI filter is nice, really no longer needed, but might help with an SWR issue. Now the amp, I know Zodiac made a big base using 4 ceramic tubes but the Virgo I think is a mobile, again no clue and can't find any info on it.

I posted alot of pictures on worldwidedx radio forums and I've got a few responses alot of the guys there think it's from ray felts in elkin nc but the cabinet tag says Newport Arkansas
