FC 347 frequency counter and a Grant XL question
Hello all!
I've got an FC347 counter that works fine with my Prez Jackson (bands A - E), but doesn't work on my Grant XL. The counter is getting power but it's displaying 45.xxxx mhz. The previous owner (of the XL) had a counter harness installed and its a standard Galaxy jack, so I am stumped as to why it's not working. Is there an internal jumper in the FC347 I need to move to a different set of pins? I am at work right now and won't be able to crack open the 347 'till I get home later, thanks for any tips!!

There are 2 pins in the counter that have to be jumped for certain radios. I had to do it for my tr296 but it's been a while. Cbtricks should have an installation manual for it.

Re: FC 347 frequency counter and a Grant XL question
5 Years on and have a similar question....with cbtriscks being down, anyone know of a source of wiring diagrams (radio-side) for hooking up a FC347 to either a Jackson, or a McKinley, or a Washington (858), or a PC122, or a Madison, or a TRC 457?
Thanks!!
Greg
Thanks!!
