Cobra Dynamike Plus
Hello to you all. Thanks for allowing me into this group and I look forward to seeing where this goes. I am needing some help with this mike I just got. It is a Cobra Dynamike Plus that takes a 7 volt battery. I believe it's a power mic, but the man I got from say's it's a Echo Mic. I am lost so any feed back from anyone would be great.

If it takes a 7v battery (Duracell TR175) it most likely not an echo, just a power mic. It is an older model, came in 4 and 5 pin plug. The 4 pin will work on Cobra/Uniden/Galaxy model radios, 5 pin is Cobra and some Uniden/President.

Thanks for getting back to me on this. I thought it was a power mic also. Do you know how well they do?

hello ssp238, well to answer your question on if that is a good mic, I can speak from experience that it is an extremely good mic. with a good battery, you can set the dial on 6 and hold about 4 " from your mouth when speaking.
