Can 1 Amplifier b used 4 BOTH 11 & 2 Meter?

Anyone know if there one Amplifier
(available from CBRadioTalk Sponsors)
that will work for both
CB and VHF Amateur Radio frequencies
with output from the Radio Transceivers no more than 15 Watts
yielding thru the Amplifier no more than 100 Watts?
Little to no knowledge of Amplifiers ...
please forgive me if I did not ask the above question clearly/correctly.

There is no broadband amplifier that will cover that much spectrum that I know about.

Agreed, once you go that high frequency (2M). Uses different device and stripline circuitry. Not broadband transformers. 2 completely different designs.

I picked up an ICOM 746 PRO on the used market for almost $300. It will do 100w on 10 and two meters right out of the radio.

They usually run a bit more but they are a very good radio, I have a non pro that I use daily.

I was reading today on a few AMPS cuz Im in the market for one but some I saw claimed they would do 2-160 meters

I have seen a couple that will do 6m thru 160m but none that will do the VHF band as well. Amplifying the VHF/UHF frequency is a bit more complicated than the HF band.
