IMAX 2000 to New Zealand on 15 Meters!

I made contact today to New Zealand using my IMAX 2000 eleven meter vertical at sunset (grey line) on 15 meters (21.288 mhz) just using a tuner! I was S-9 on the meter. His call was ZL1WN. I was surprised. Usually I run a dipole but wanted to experiment a little.

Cool, 15m has been active the last week or so, 20m was hopping too. I think propagation is here to stay. I found this site a few weeks ago, very interesting in showing how propagation runs.
