looking for info on older amp..
Does any have schematics or any info on this mobile amp of mine. It's a old palomar 600ab-1.. I've looked high and low on the internet.. thanks in advance....

There is a link to the schematic. I would note the warning on that page, however. That amplifier has no input or output filtering, and with the FCC's ability to give fines vastly excessive of reason, it might be worth having those filtering components added.

I will go with JJD on this on, the Elite was a “class ab-1” amplifier, just means the finals were bias for SSB use. Some were labeled with this distinction, some weren’t. They are 1 driving 4, usually MRF455’s or 2sc1446 transistors. All in all they were a pretty good amp as long as you didn’t overdrive them.
