Need help I have no power at the channel selector on this cobra 25 ltd classic channel selector has no read out

I got the voltage regulator for it replaced but some of the channel segments is very weak can just barely see them

Check the connectors going to the display, could just be dirty. It is an old radio and the digits may have deteriorated, it happens.

Thank you I finally got the channel selector straight now my issue is the audio chip gets very very hot and low receive audio I have replaced quite a few caps around the audio chip but no luck . The final was blown as well when I received the radio I just can't find what is wrong
