PA System Power

I just hooked up a 200w speaker to my CB with 3.5mm jack. Since the radio is limited to 5w the speaker isn't loud. Is there a way I can increase the power to the speaker? I can't find any power amplifier that use both a 3.5mm input and output.

Hello Luke53,

Usually a PA horn is used, they have a small transformer built in to amplify the volume. My suggestion would be to find a old style car equalizer and splice it inline, or abandon the 200w speaker for a horn.
