HI I HAVE A OLD JOHNSON MESSENGER MODEL 223 THAT I FOUND AT A SALE THE METER REGISTERS ABOUT HALF WAY BUT RIG DOES NOT RECEIVE ] WITHOUT ANTENNA METER SHOWS O I NEED A SCHEMATIC AND BLOCK DIAGRAM I WANT TOO CHECK FIRST OF ALL IF THE CORRECT TUBES ARE IN RADIO COULD SOMEBODY WITH THE MANUAL E MAIL ME THE INFORMATION THANK YOU GREG

Hi Everyone,
I realize I'm coming late to this particular party, but we are having the same issue. We need a schematic to a Johnson Messenger 223. We're not new to radios or forums, but we're new to this particular forum, so please forgive me if I fumble around. Can someone one please please pleeeeeeezzzzzze tell who has a schematic for this radio or would one of you be so kind as to sell or share with me a copy of one that you have?

do a search and you should be able to find one. I just did the search and on another forum they have the owners manual and a schematic posted.

If it’s what I call a “Keeper”, look for the Sam’s Photofact for the radio, think it’s #53 but best check. Search for them, they are all over the web.
